"Decent facility for moderate business corporates specially IT companies. There are no good in-house common cafeteria or lounge for visitors and corporates people. There is one but it is not at all up to the standard."

Visitor parking is a challenge here. Also there are no pantry or food outlets or restaurants close by. However metro station is very close. Overall well maintained"
